Mrs Feinstein has the audacity to quote the US Constitution regarding how CA will suffer a higher burden financially than the rest of the nation for legislation that the US Constitution forbids, or at least does not allow, in the first place? ? ?

These liberal progressives like to pick and choose the parts of the constitution that suit them, don't they?

Besides the obvious obstacle - that the majority of the country does not want or need an unconstitutional government takeover of our health care system (in the land of Liberty?) - Senator Feinstein, like her fellow Senate and House Oligarchs, believe they have some special moral right to govern everyone according to THEIR wishes. They forget that they are not a 'privileged' group of rulers, but individual 'citizen-servants' who's ONLY function is the limited steering of a protecting, guiding governmental body. The political monster that controls the world is SO far from the intentions of those noble and principled founders that it is barely recognizable. I feel shame for a bunch of politicos that are so self-absorbed, self-centered and self-seeking that they cannot fathom any contention from the legal 300 million mere mortals.
